Kevin L. Ogle, D.Min., ACPE Pastoral Psychotherapist

Dr. Kevin L. Ogle, D.Min, ACPE Psychotherapist, is an Advanced Clinician in Imago Relationship Therapy, pastoral counselor, and an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Dr. Ogle specializes in relationship coaching with couples and individuals and consulting with IFS therapists. Kevin welcomes attention to the issues of sex and sexuality that arise in most committed couple relationships and works with clients dealing with the emotional, mental and spiritual dynamics of depression, anxiety, grief, attention deficit, trauma, vocation and life meaning concerns. He enjoys offering pre-marital counseling and spiritual guidance/coaching as well as working with clergy and clergy-candidates and their families. He welcomes persons from diverse cultural backgrounds, orientations and beliefs. Kevin received his M.Div. from Vanderbilt Divinity School. He graduated from residency with the Institute for Pastoral Psychotherapy in 1995, when he also was certified as an Imago Relationship Therapist. Kevin has also completed Level 1 through 3 trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, a model that has primarily informed his work with couples and individuals in recent years. He has completed Hedy Schleifer's Master Class in Encounter-centered Couple Therapy and IFS Intimacy from the Inside Out couple training with Toni Herbine-Blank, including Advanced and Post-Advanced trainings. Dr. Ogle was awarded his Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois in 2002. He has been married over 30 years; he and his spouse are the parents of two adult sons.
