SHORT-TERM THERAPY, LONG-TERM RESULTS -
I offer both individual and couples therapy. My work with individuals uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and this approach is heavily influenced by my training in Imago Couples Therapy. I also offer couples Imago therapy sessions and weekend long retreats.
I love to help individuals and couples when they feel stuck. I find that when people feel connected and safe in their relationships, they are able to deal more effectively with life's other stressors: work, finances, and family. When you work with me, that's what I will help you achieve and sustain.
