There are many reasons that you might seek professional help. At the root of them all is the desire to improve yourself, your life, or your relationship(s).

For me, being a therapist means sharing my humanity with others, while maintaining an objective perspective that facilitates learning and change. My office is a nurturing space where you can take some time for yourself in the presence of a supportive counselor. My purpose is to provide comfort and safety as well as the guidance and focus that will help you reach the best resolutions to your challenges.

For couples: I am certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, a highly effective approach. I feel passionate about this approach to couples therapy, because I have seen relationships not only saved, but transformed with this method.

To be perfectly honest, I would have to say that my experiences as a daughter, a mother, a partner, and a friend have informed my approach as a therapist as much as my formal education. I bring warmth and humor into my work, but I will challenge you as well.

My practice focuses on providing a unique and effective approach to resolving relationship difficulties, as well as deepening the emotional connection and communication between partners. If you have tried marriage counseling before with mediocre results, I invite you to come in for a consultation. Also, as a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, I also provide guidance for sexual problems such as low desire, sexless marriages and other manifestations of sexual incompatibility in relationships.

I additionally welcome individual adults struggling with their relationships or grieving a loss. These are my passions.
