In this webinar we will explore and enhance ones relationship to their body, their partners, and their sense of the Divine. We will endeavor to overcome the false narrative that one must choose between sexuality and spirituality. Rather, we will show that sexuality and spirituality are two essential and equally valuable parts of our identity that feed and enliven each other, and help us grow as individuals and in relationship.

Learning Objectives

After this course, participants will be able to:

  • Explain and have a greater understanding of the synergy between spirituality and sexuality,

  • Identify and gain access to these powerful forces within yourself

  • Practice assisting others in celebrating and unleashing these powerful forces.

  • Gain clarity regarding their possible counter transference and implicit biases around the coupling of sexuality with spirituality.

This webinar will be presented online via Zoom and is intended for Certified Imago Therapists, Facilitators and Educators, Imago Therapists, Facilitators and Educators in Training, therapists in general, Clergy and Couples and Individuals (general public).

About Sylvia and Terry

Sylvia Rosenfeld is an Imago trained, AASECT certified Sex Therapist, with more than four decades of experience working with couples and individuals who want to enhance their physical and emotional connection. Sylvia trained with the late Dr. Helen Singer Kaplan at the Human Sexuality Program of New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, and with Dr. Harville Hendrix. She also trained with Dr. Pat Love to present the Hot Monogamy Program.

Terry Bookman is a respected, nationally known Jewish leader, author, educator, coach, and the co-founder of Eitzah: The Center for Personal and Community Transformation. Through his teaching, writing, and coaching he has reached thousands of community leaders both nationally and internationally. Bookman holds a Doctor of Divinity as well as numerous academic degrees and distinctions. Terry Bookman is the author of five books on contemporary spirituality in the context of communities that thrive.
