Grief is an experience that all of us and all of our clients will experience at some time in our lives. This webinar will explore the variety of ways we go through the process of grief including looking through the lenses of our neurobiology, our physical bodies, our emotions and our relationships. We will also explore meditations to help with grieving.
In this interactive webinar, we'll examine stages of grief and how to navigate them and learn about what happens in our brains when we experience loss.
