I will be providing professional counseling services, integrating a holistic approach which emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I am a Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindfulness teacher for the last 18 years. I mainly work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy. I also work with South Asian families and individuals with issues related to identity formation and assimilation. My clinical interest and work are oriented to work with clients and their families suffering from primary and secondary PTSD. I am EMDR trained and received training from the lead instructor from the Trauma Center at the Justice Resource Center in Boston, MA. My spirituality is a harmoniously blending of her eastern upbringing with the western contemplative perspectives.
