Renewals...All new membership and renewal purchases/payments are set to automatically recur at the end of their term. All memberships will renew at the same level as was purchased with the exception of the Trainee membership. Trainee memberships are limited to one year and will renew as Gold at the end of their first term. Cancellation...All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellation requests made within 30 days of membership purchase or renewal will be refunded in full, less a 10% administrative fee, and terminated immediately. Cancellation requests made more than 30 days after membership purchase or renewal will not be refunded and will terminate at the end of their term.
